The cause of Bronny James’ cardiac arrest has been identified by doctors, who say that after thorough testing they have found a congenital heart condition that CAN be cured. As a result, the James family is hopeful that Bronny can resume his basketball career.

Doctors think they’ve found the reason for Bronny’s cardiac arrest after consulting with some of the best cardiologists in the nation.

“It is an anatomically and functionally significant Congenital Heart Defect which can and will be treated,” a statement released by the family said.

James spent the next weeks receiving evaluations at the Mayo Clinic and other healthcare facilities in an effort to determine the cause of his heart arrest.

It seems like Bronny is doing much better. He has been seen out and about in Los Angeles, most recently taking his father to a Drake concert and a Dodgers game.

The family is hopeful that he will be able to play basketball again.

“We are very confident in Bronny’s full recovery and return to basketball in the very near future. We will continue to provide updates to media and respectfully reiterate the family’s request for privacy.”
